A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 with Distinction, Dr. Onishenko, who was born and raised in Saskatoon, spent the first five years of private practice in Edmonton before moving to Calgary in 2005. There he opened 2 practices in 2006 and 2008 and continued to call Calgary home until 2016, when his family decided to relocate to Kelowna. Having completed extensive training in the placement and restoration of dental implants, bone grafting procedures, Invisalign clear orthodontics, and smile rejuvenation procedures, he is committed to providing all patients with the most comprehensive treatment plans available, through a dedication to superior continuing education and ongoing training in various aspects of dentistry. His passion for the field of dentistry is matched by his love of the outdoors and of course, his family. When not helping patients, Dr. Onishenko, his wife Nicole, and their three children Layne, Nixon, and Quinn enjoy spending time on their boat and at their cabin, traveling, and participating in various activities both in the mountains and on the water.
