Dr Matthew Fecica

Dr. Matthew Fecica, B.Sc., D.D.S. earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Western University’s School of Medicine and Dentistry after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, as well as the Canadian and Ontario Dental Associations. Committed to advancing his profession, he previously served as vice-president and president of the Waterloo-Wellington Dental Society. He has had the privilege of serving as the team dentist for the Kingston Frontenacs. In 2012, Dr. Fecica relocated to Kingston and took over Westwoods Dental from Dr. George V. Proud. He is honored to continue providing exceptional dental care and personalised service to families in the community. With expertise in both family and cosmetic dentistry, he offers a full range of services, including dental hygiene, white fillings, crowns, bridges, dental implants, and emergency care. Dr. Fecica believes great oral health starts with patient education. He takes the time to inform and empower his patients, helping them make confident decisions about their care. Dedicated to continuous learning, he stays at the forefront of modern dentistry to offer the best possible treatment options. Dr. Fecica, his wife, and their two children are proud to call Kingston home. Outside the clinic, he enjoys sailing, hockey, and spending time outdoors—along with tackling home renovations, sometimes a little too enthusiastically, according to his wife.
