Dr. Kruger was born and raised in Vancouver. As an avid scuba diver, he graduated with a BSc in Marine Biology from the University of British Columbia. After working in aquaculture, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at UBC. He has worked as an associate in southwestern Ontario since 2002.
