With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Heather Chisholm began her career as a dental assistant. She then acquired her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of British Columbia and has been practicing dentistry ever since. Dr. Heather Chisholm has been providing dental care that puts her patient’s needs and goals first. She is continually devoted to doing everything she can to restore, enhance, and beautify smiles in and around Nanaimo, BC. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Chisholm has established herself as a key figure in dental education, being a past instructor at Vancouver Island University’s Hygiene Program. As well as a Key Opinion Leader for advanced CAD/CAM equipment. Furthermore, continued education in oral surgery and implant prosthesis. She is always up to date on the latest technology, and surgical techniques for all dental procedures. Outside of the dental realm, Dr. Chisholm is a dedicated parent to four children. When Dr. Chisholm is not caring for smiles, she is expressing her artistic side as a sculptor, as well as showcasing her strength as an Olympic weightlifter.
