Dr. Samuel Mincer graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1988 where he received an award in clinical oral surgery. In 1989, shortly after graduating and getting married, he and Dr. Marlene Morrow opened a dental practice together on Avenue Road. Their practice was founded on their love for their community and helping patients achieve optimal oral health. They have expanded the practice with dental specialists. Dr. Mincer regularly attends continuing dental education programs.
