Dr. Hormoz lived in Germany and Iran as a child, before moving to Canada in 1997. He attended high school in Toronto, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Western Ontario. He went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hormoz served as a volunteer dentist in Guatemala and Nepal before entering private practice in Ontario. In his spare time, Dr. Hormoz enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends. He also has a keen interest in soccer. Dr. Hormoz is excited about connecting with patients and with the greater Erin community. He is hoping to build long lasting patient relationships based on quality care and trust. He’s also eagerly accepting new patients.
