Dr. Carrie Chen (MSc, DDS) received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. She has also accomplished Oral Surgery Externship program at the University of Toronto. During her school year, Dr. Chen was involved with community outreach programs in promoting dental health to the public. She also enjoys going on mission trips to countries where access to dental care is limited. In the summer of 2019, Dr. Chen had the opportunity to set up temporary dental clinics in Grenada and provide cleaning, extractions, fillings, and oral health education to local residents with other volunteers. Dr. Chen strives to further develop her skills and knowledge in dentistry by always participating in continuing education courses. Dr. Chen is currently a member of The Academy of General Dentistry, The International Team for Implantology, The Ontario Dental Association, and The Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Chen believes that the patient’s health is her top priority and all patients deserve the best smile!
