Dr. Micaela Fitzgerald received her Bachelor of Science degree (Physiology) in 1986 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1990 from the University of Western Ontario. After graduating Dr. Micaela associated in Manotick for seven years before joining her husband, Dr. John, in practice. Dr. Micaela has continued her studies in all areas of dentistry including restorative, cosmetic and CAD/CAM dentistry. She enjoys working with all ages and offers nitrous oxide sedation. Dr. Micaela is an active member of the dental community serving on the Ontario Dental Association General Council, the Ottawa Dental Society Gala Committee and working with the Dental Hygiene students at Algonquin College. She has also enjoyed volunteering her time to provide dental care to people in need in Jamaica. When out of the office, Dr. Micaela likes to pursue many passions including: scuba diving, running (Boston Mararthoner!), cycling, yoga, reading and her greatest love -- spending time with her two children, Jacob and Erik.
