Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Dr. Wagner earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan before completing a six-year Oral Maxillofacial Surgery/MD program in Detroit. He served as Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, then joined Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California, focusing on orthognathic surgery. In August 2009, he returned to Regina, Saskatchewan, establishing Provincial Oral Surgery. He is past President of the Canadian Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, holds American and Canadian Board certification, and provides full scope oral maxillofacial surgical care including over 4,000 corrective jaw surgeries.
