Dr. Shaelyn Standish was born and raised in Kelvington, Saskatchewan. Growing up, I loved going to the dentist and knew at a young age that this was the career I wanted to pursue. After high school, I attended the University of Saskatchewan where I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Pharmacology prior to my admission into the College of Dentistry, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Dentistry and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2023.
Dr. Standish enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in working with children. My ambition is working with patients to meet their individual goals and needs in a comfortable and positive environment. I look forward to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the community of Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Standish enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, gardening, reading, traveling, and staying active. Some of my favourite activities include biking, swimming, golfing and playing volleyball and slo-pitch.
