Dr. Gagner completed a Bachelor of Education at Trinity Western University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta School of Dentistry in 2006. He went on to establish a successful private practice in Kelowna, where he provided comprehensive dental care to his patients for 17 years before relocating to the Victoria area in 2023. His professional experience includes serving as a Faculty Mentor for the UBC Faculty of Dentistry General Practice Residency program and acting as the Dental Emergency On-Call Coordinator for the Kelowna District Dental Society for many years. Dr. Gagner has also completed advanced training with Dr. John Kois at the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington.
