Dr. Wakulich was born and raised in St. Catharines Ontario. Dr. Wakulich attended the University of Windsor for her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics. She then attended the University of Western Ontario and completed a Master’s Degree in Physiology. She graduated with distinction from UWO with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following her graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at the London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care hospitals in London, Ontario. Dr. Wakulich moved to St. Thomas in 2001 and lives with her husband Shawn and their two boys. She started as an associate with Dr. Malcolm Wood from 2001 to 2007 before purchasing the existing practice from Dr. Jim Jackson at the current location. Dr. Wakulich is a dental staff member of the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital and has done locum placements at the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority in Northern Ontario. Dr. Wakulich is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. She is also a member of many professional organizations including, Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, Elgin Dental Society, and the International Team for Implantology. In her spare time, she can be found at the local hockey rinks as a hockey parent and player.
