Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Jason Young headed to California for school, earning both his undergrad and dental degrees at the University of the Pacific. From there, he trained in Brooklyn, Harlem, and Cleveland before spending a few years in private practice in Ohio. In 2021, he made his way back home and couldn’t be happier to be caring for patients in Toronto again. His journey has also taken him abroad, providing dental care to rural communities in China and Nigeria. Always eager to grow, Dr. Young has advanced training in implants, complicated wisdom teeth removal, and restorative dentistry. It’s all part of ensuring his patients get the very best care! When he’s not at Canary Dental, you’ll find him swimming, golfing, working out, or exploring the city he grew up in with fresh eyes.
