A 2 day didactic and hands-on program for general practitioners who want to improve their fundamental surgical skill set. Participants will experience a wide variety of surgical procedures typically seen in a GP office, with emphasis on developing effective clinical skills in flaps, suturing and extractions. The course includes soft tissue surgeries, exodontia, and introduction to guided implant placement.
Training takes place in a simulation lab using phantom heads, special dental models, and pig mandibles.
