It is based on the latest Standards for Conscious Sedation in the Provision of Dental Care - Report of the Intercollegiate Advisory Committee for Sedation in Dentistry 2015. The course describes current UK guidelines, facilities, staff and equipment required, indications for sedation, and different techniques for sedation, both basic and advanced along with guidelines.
