I was born in Singapore and moved to New Zealand when I was seven-years-old, growing up in New Plymouth. I graduated from the University of Otago Dental School in 1994 and have been practising ever since. I have additional dental training including extensive training in basic and advanced implant prosthetics and surgery with the Dental Implantology Academy, Melbourne, live surgical training at Mariano Galvez University of Guatemala and a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry at the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami. Outside of work I'm married to my amazing wife and we have three daughters. I enjoy mountain biking, Goju Ryu Karate, skiing, weight training, fitness and I was previously a fanatical amateur competitive road cyclist. I also love travelling to new places and long road trips in my Ford Mustang.
