I am from Liverpool and trained as a dentist at the London Hospital Medical College (LHMC) qualifying in 1986. A few years working in London in various dental practices followed, as well as getting a qualification in Forensic Odontology in 1988 (LHMC) and then working part time as an Honorary Lecturer also at LHMC. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and keep up to date with current changes in dentistry attending many courses and lectures. I am a member of various professional bodies including the NZ Dental Association, where I am a Past president of the local Canterbury Branch. The Forensic side of my career is busy too. I am the Forensic Odontology Co-ordinator for Canterbury, West Coast and Nelson working for the Police and the Coroner.
