Nicola qualified from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2001, for the next 3 years she continued her training at the Edinburgh Dental Institute. She successfully passed a series of examinations to become a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2003. In 2004 she moved to Tauranga where she has been working as a dentist ever since. Nicola is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care and helping people to have a positive experience. She enjoys building trusting relationships with patients to establish and maintain a healthy mouth for the long term. Nicola Is experienced and confident in all aspects of general dentistry. She has special interests in minimally invasive dentistry, cosmetic and functional dentistry, including dental implants. Nicola gained her certificate from the New Zealand Society for Anaesthesia and Sedation in Dentistry in 2006 and routinely provides sedation for those patients who require it for their dental treatment. Nicola continues to attend dental courses to ensure she is providing the best dental treatment and preventative techniques for her patients.
