Dr Yeephang Wong

Yeephang is a caring and experienced dentist with a strong background in private practice, hospital, and community dentistry all over New Zealand. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2012 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (credit) and has since obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics (London). Beyond general dentistry, she has experience in orthodontics, implantology, smile design, and digital dentistry. Dedicated to providing dentistry with a gentle, compassionate, human touch, Yeephang ensures each person she meets feels comfortable and cared for. Her reward comes from connecting with people and being part of a transformative journey resulting in lasting relationships and beautiful, confident smiles. Over the years, Yeephang has developed a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of patient needs. To provide the best possible care, she regularly attends study groups, courses and training to keep herself up to date with the latest developments in dentistry, including new guidelines, research, and technology. She has held teaching positions at the University of Otago and has been awarded two Mars Wrigley Foundation NZDA Community Service Grants for projects to improve oral health outcomes in New Zealand communities. Yeephang is a food enthusiast and loves travelling. She enjoys meeting people from different cultures and exploring our beautiful planet.
