Dr. Joe was born in Oakland, CA and raised in Alameda, CA. He attended Saint Joseph Elementary School (SJES) and graduated from Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School (SJND) in 2010 as a Scholar-Athlete in Men's Tennis. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) in 2014. In 2018, he earned his Bachelor of Science, Dental Hygiene at the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry (UMSoD). In 2023, Dr. Joe graduated from Roseman University School of Dentistry with DMD and MBA. He returns to Alameda, CA joining his father and brother at Eusebio Dental. Presently, pursuing Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
