I graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 and got my D.D.S. degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago in 1992. After doing a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Pittsburgh in 1993, I practised dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland for 10 years. I returned to my home state of Michigan in 2005 and purchased my existing practice. Aside from maintaining my private practice in Hastings, I am an adjunct instructor at Kellogg Community College in the dental hygiene programme. I am a member of the ADA, Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. I regularly attend professional continuing education courses to stay current with the latest research studies and technologies. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and movies.
