Dr. Mina Girgis was born in Athens, Greece and moved to Lakewood, California when he was young. He grew up spending time with his family here in Bellflower. While studying General Biology at UC San Diego, Dr. Girgis volunteered at a free student-run dental health clinic and fell in love with dentistry. He pursued his dental degree at Marquette University and completed a general practice residency at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, gaining specialized knowledge in aesthetic and surgical aspects of dentistry. He started his own practice to provide higher standard care, treating patients with dignity, respect, kindness, and understanding to overcome dental anxiety.
