Dr Kevin Ackerman

Since 1991, Dr. Ackerman has served the dental needs of East County Families. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois. He also received a distinguished Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry for completing over 500 hours of study in a wide variety of dental disciplines and passing an extensive, all day exam. Always expanding his professional knowledge, Dr. Ackerman has completed extensive additional training in the areas of Orthodontics and T.M.J. (Temporal Mandibular Disorders). Dr. Ackerman and his family live in Brentwood and are active in the community. He enjoys all sports and believes in giving back to the community. He has the privilege of brightening the smiles of people in worlds far different than ours by building play structures in DaNang, Vietnam and volunteering his dental skills in Chad, Africa.
