Dr. Chris was Valedictorian of the Class of 2006 at Effingham High School and graduated cum laude with a Doctorate Degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chris was the SIU-SDM Class of 2013 recipient of the Operative Dentistry Award from the Academy of Operative Dentistry. He was also awarded the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award. He was the SIU-SDM Class of 2013 representative to the Illinois State Dental Society. While attending the University of Southern Indiana, Dr. Chris was awarded USI Pre-Dentistry Award. Dr. Chris also earned a Fellowship Degree from International Dental Implant Association in 2015. Dr. Chris is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society. Locally, he serves on the Board of the Effingham County Health Department. Dr. Chris met Dr. Thuy at dental school. They are married and have two sons.
