Dr. Darryl Hatchett grew up locally and attended Maiden High School. He received bachelor's degrees in both chemistry and biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UNC School of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Hatchett is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society and the American Dental Association. “I became a dentist because I enjoy helping and interacting with others. Nothing makes me happier than seeing patients who are pleased with their smile!” Dr. Hatchett’s life is strongly rooted in his Christian faith, and he is a member of Denver Baptist Church. He believes in giving back to his community and regularly volunteers his time to participate in Love Denver, a local community outreach event. Dr. Hatchett also volunteers in various locations on mobile dental buses. Dr. Hatchett is married to Lorie, and they have a son and daughter, Zack and Zoey. They love finding time to spend together, whether it’s on the lake or making trips to the beach or the mountains. Dr. Hatchett also enjoys golf, fishing, boating, and billiards.
