Dr Michael J. Gordon,

Dr. Michael J. Gordon is the owner and one of two dentists here at Maiden Family Dentistry. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and after completing his service to our country, followed in his father’s footsteps to attend dental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Gordon is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, and stays at the forefront of dentistry through ongoing education and training. He uses his engineering background to innovate and perfect his skills. His military leadership experience with the Navy serves to enhance his representation of western North Carolina through service with the First District of the North Carolina Dental Society. At Dr. Gordon’s core is his servant’s heart. He is the beloved father of six children, companion of his wonderful wife and the favourite human of his family’s two dogs. He strives to live his faith in all aspects of his life. He genuinely cares about his patients and considers it an honour to be trusted with their oral health. Dr. Gordon deeply values his friendly and professional dental team. Together, they believe in building relationships and serving our patients ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
