Dr. Reid Spivey was born and raised in Calera, Alabama. After graduating at the top of his high school class, Dr. Spivey earned bachelors degrees in Business and Computer Science from The University of Alabama. He then went on to earn his Doctorate from The University of Alabama (UAB) School of Dentistry. Dr. Spivey practiced dentistry in Alabama for four years, first in a small rural community in south Alabama, then purchasing his own rural practice just outside of his hometown. He expanded his skills by incorporating all facets of dentistry into his practice, from oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, to all areas of cosmetic and general comprehensive care, including Invisalign. In 2014, life took a wonderfully unexpected turn, and Dr. Spivey sold his practice so he and his wife Julie could move to Hawaii. While in Hawaii, Dr. Spivey practiced dentistry in a community health center. Since relocating to Charlotte in 2016, Dr. Spivey has practiced dentistry in both the Monroe and Belmont areas. He now also places dental implants.
