Dr. Dover received his degree in chemistry. He completed his doctoral degree at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., and went on to complete a post doctoral residency in Advanced General Dentistry at Howard University. Committed to remaining on the cutting edge of dentistry, Dr. Dover continually completes advanced education courses in a variety of cosmetic dental procedures. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Delaware Dental Society both New Castle, and Kent counties. Dr. Dover is devoted to providing the highest quality of care with a warm, gentle touch.
