As a long time resident of Maryland and Howard County, Dr. Kerins is excited to be the new owner and eager to see what the future brings at Howard County Family Dentistry. Dr. Kerins attended Mt. St. Joseph High School in Baltimore and Loyola College in Maryland. Dr Kerins then attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he completed an international externship in Lima, Peru and was awarded a certificate for exceptional patient care in the special patient clinic. Dr. Kerins has remained a constant learner during his career and has completed a certification for IV sedation and recently received Associate Fellow Credential from American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is excited to bring his experience to Howard County Family Dentistry by offering all aspects of general dentistry including extractions, root canals, and implant placement and restoration. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kerins can be found working out at his local crossfit gym or riding his motorcycle through Howard County.
