Dr. Cuevas has been committed to excellence in dentistry as a practitioner, lecturer, tenure-track faculty member, and researcher. He was recently honored for these efforts with a Top Doc distinction. After earning his DDS from the University of Iowa, he completed a postgraduate specialty training residency in prosthodontics and an American Cancer Society Fellowship in oncology and maxillofacial prosthetics. He has published research on dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Cuevas is passionate about giving back to his community. One way he does so is through the U.S. Marine Toys for Tots Literacy Program.
