Dr. Barnard has been practicing dentistry in Ft. Lauderdale for 35 years. He graduated from the University of Iowa. He is married for 27 years to Luz his wife and has four children. He has taken over 1000 hours of continuing education since graduating dental school. He volunteers in many free dental venues including overseas to India, Brazil, Colombia and other churches and organizations.
