Dr Luke Shaner

Transforming smiles, achieving patient centered goals and providing the most comfortable patient experience are things Dr. Luke Shaner strives for. His experience has distinctly equipped him in all fields of dentistry with special interests in cosmetics, implants, and fixed prosthodontics. Throughout his career, Dr. Shaner has found value in serving his patients as unique individuals and focuses on addressing their concerns with care and compassion. Through this personalized approach, his aim is for each patient to feel involved and confident in securing their dream smile. Before coming to Gig Harbor, Dr. Luke Shaner grew up in Tumwater Washington. He received his undergraduate education at Seattle Pacific University and then went on to University of New England where he earned his DMD and the top clinical achievement award. Eventually, Dr. Shaner landed in Gig Harbor with his wife, who is an emergency physician, and their two cats (Bjorn and Bodie) and German shepard (Jocko). When not serving patients, Dr. Shaner enjoys being involved at his church, daily walks, exercising, golfing, eating at new restaurants and plenty of game nights with his wife and friends.
