Dr. Sydney Scott is a proud Overland Park native and graduate of Saint Thomas Aquinas High School, where she became friends with Andrew Gilroy, son of Dr. Mark and brother of Dr. Austin. She went on to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2021, then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2025. During dental school, she participated in the Oral Surgery Honours Program, which deepened her clinical skills and passion for comprehensive care. Dr. Scott now lives in Downtown Overland Park with her fiancé, Matt, and their 150-pound dog, Moose. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys hot yoga, running, spending time outdoors, psychological thrillers, and music of all genres. With a compassionate approach and a commitment to excellence, Dr. Scott is excited to serve the community that shaped her and looks forward to providing high-quality care to both familiar faces and new patients.
