Originally from South Africa, Dr. Bower moved to the U.S. in 1998. He completed his dental training at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, he completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bower now lives in West Asheville with his wife and daughter. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Dental Association (ADA), Dr. Bower is committed to providing the most current and up-to-date dental treatment to his patients. Having participated in several community service dental clinics across the state and mission trips to underserved remote areas including Ecuador and Jamaica, Dr. Bower enjoys providing quality and compassionate care to the community.
