Aloha! I’m Dr. Alyssa Ochiai, a general dentist born and raised here in Hawai‘i. I earned my DDS from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where I was honored to graduate as valedictorian and was inducted into several honor societies, including Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Phi Kappa Phi, and Tau Kappa Omega. My dental career started in Los Angeles, where I practiced for several years before returning home to care for the community that raised me. I’m truly grateful for the trust my patients place in me as it’s what motivates me to keep learning and improving, so I can give each person the best possible care. I believe in working together with patients to create personalized plans that support long-term oral health, and I really enjoy helping people understand their conditions, prevention strategies, and treatment options. Outside of the office, I love exploring new restaurants and cafés with my husband and family, always on the lookout for our next favorite spot. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book whenever I can.
