Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Lau and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle University. I started in dentistry working as a dental assistant in a pediatric office. That early experience really shaped the way I approach patient care, with patience, empathy, and attention to detail. I went on to earn my DDS from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. I’m originally from Washington and I moved to Hawai‘i to be with my husband and his family. I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through NYU Langone at the Waimanalo Community Health Center. I’m an active member of the Hawaii Dental Association, the Honolulu County Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me at the beach, making ceramics, cooking or baking something new, or spending time with my rescue pup.
