Dr. Michael K. McKinney Jr. is a 1994 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He has practiced in his native Floyd County (Minnie, KY) since 1994. Dr. McKinney attended Allen Central high school then received his bachelor's degree from Morehead State University. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association and the Kentucky Mountain Dental Society. He is also a member of the academy of Sports Dentistry. Since 1994, when I began practicing dentistry there have been many remarkable advances in dental research and technology. To keep abreast of these advances I have attended hundreds of hours of continuing education. We take pride in being the first to provide eastern Kentucky with advances in technology. I really enjoy practicing dentistry; my goal is to give my patients the smile they deserve.
