Dr. Allan Padbury received his dental degree and Master’s degree in Periodontics from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. After completion of his postgraduate degree, Dr. Padbury has been in private practice in the fields of periodontics and implant dentistry in Jackson, Michigan, for more than 20 years. Dr. Padbury has won numerous awards for his student outreach at the University of Michigan centered on the relationship between periodontal disease and systemic bone metabolism and has published articles in the Journal of Periodontology, Journal of Clinical Periodontology and Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism. He gives lectures on clinical periodontics and implant dentistry at the University of Michigan and at various local and national professional societies. Roles: Adjunct Associate Clinical professor at the U-M School of Dentistry, Member of the Alumni Board of Governors at the U-M School of Dentistry, Past President of the Michigan Periodontal Association.
