Dr. Metcalf graduated from Wake Forest University with a BS degree in Biology. She then went on to graduate from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. She has practiced in a variety of environments, including private and public health, which allows her to work with patients of every age. She works to educate her patients about proper oral health and provide them with the honest treatment they deserve. Dr. Metcalf and her husband, Ian live in Kernersville with their three children. Patients are likely to see them around town, especially at the Fourth of July Park and the YMCA. Dr. Metcalf is a proud member of the ADA, NC Dental Society, and SPEAR Study Club.
