Dr. Arnette grew up in Dillon, SC on a farm and graduated Dillon High School where he excelled as a student athlete in football. He then attended Clemson University in the fall of 1998 and was on the varsity football team (Clemson Tigers) for one year as a walk-on. Clemson is where Dr. Arnette met his wife Tiffany, graduating in 2002 as a chemistry major. Dr. Arnette worked as a chemist at a pharmaceutical company but became interested in dentistry after his wife worked for a dental office. Eventually, he entered dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina, located in Charleston, SC. During dental school, Dr. Arnette and Tiffany added to their family with the birth of their daughter. Upon graduation in 2010, the family of three moved to Winston-Salem, NC. Shortly after, their son was born. In 2013, Dr. Arnette opened his private practice in a renovated early 1900’s craftsman style house in Kernersville.
