Dr Jake Pedraza

Dr. Jake Pedraza is proud to call Pasco County home. A Gulf High School graduate, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with High Honors from the University of Florida. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, graduating in the top third of his class. Following dental school, he furthered his training through a rigorous residency program in Jacksonville, Florida. In March 2009, Dr. Pedraza returned to his hometown to open his own practice. He is deeply grateful for the trust and support he has received from the community over the years. With a strong commitment to ethical excellence, Dr. Pedraza prioritizes patient comfort and quality care in every aspect of his work. Patients frequently comment on his gentle, virtually painless numbing techniques and often leave the office surprised at how comfortable their experience was. He actively coaches and sponsors local youth sports and school programs and enjoys mentoring future dental professionals through internships. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Pedraza loves spending time with his two sons, Mason and Riley, cheering them on in sports and sharing in their adventures. A proud Gator, he makes regular trips back to Gainesville for UF sporting events and to reconnect with his college roots. He’s also an avid scuba diver, often completing dives across the Caribbean—including a thrilling shark dive.
