Dr. Yunji Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in Victoria, BC, Canada. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia. Then she attended Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University to pursue a degree in Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Committed to making the world a better place through philanthropy, she traveled to Honduras to provide dental care to the underserved community of Chiligatoro while in dental school. After earning her doctorate, she went on to sharpen her skills through a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry through Lutheran Medical Center in Boston before opening her practice. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Also, she regularly attends continuing education courses throughout the year to optimize your family’s oral hygiene with the most modern and comfortable techniques available for a lifetime full of beautiful smiles. Dr. Lee believes that it is a privilege to provide treatment for all of her patients who place trust in her. Also, she enjoys building long-term relationships with each of her patients and seeing the progress of her treatment of patients. Dr. Lee takes her time to listen to her patients’ needs and concerns as she understands that a dental office may not be the most comfortable place for patients. Dr. Lee makes it her goal not only to provide superior treatment but also to ensure that her patients feel as relaxed as possible at our office. Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband and daughter. Dr. Lee also loves listening to music and playing the clarinet and the ukulele.
