Originally from Medinah, Illinois, Dr. Nicholas Rex proudly calls the Chicagoland area home for most of his life. He first attended and graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a B.S. in Biology. Shortly after his undergraduate studies Dr. Rex was given the opportunity to attend dental school at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Alton campus. His love for dentistry quickly grew each day as he was able to meet new people, hear about their stories, and most importantly help them and his community with their oral health needs. While at SIU Dr. Rex received extensive training in all areas of general dentistry, including restorative treatments like fillings and crowns, root canals, extractions, working with children, and much more.
