Dr Kristin Helms

Practicing dentistry for over 27 years, Dr. Helms has earned a reputation for providing her patients with personalized, compassionate, and conservative care. Dr. Helms graduated from the University of Michigan and the nationally acclaimed dental program at Temple University. While graduating near the top of her class, she received National Board Honors and was a member of the Periodontal Honor Society. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Helms continued to advance her skill set by participating in the treatment of more complex dental conditions at the Advanced General Dentistry residency at The University of Maryland Dental School. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and the Fairfield County Dental Club. Dr. Helms has been recognized by being named Connecticut Magazine’s Top Dentists numerous times and received Milford Rotary’s Vocational Award for “Service Above Self”.
