Dr Vipra Patel

Creating a comfortable and collaborative dental experience for patients! Dr. Vipra Patel resides in our very own hometown of Shelton. From a young age, Dr. Patel has been fond of art and the healthcare field. She shadowed several dentists in high school, through which she quickly recognized that dentistry is the perfect combination of both her interests and it easily became her passion. Dr. Patel earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut. She continued as a Husky at the University of Connecticut and obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Following Dental School, Dr. Patel continued her professional training by completing General Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital. Through this program, she received advanced post-graduate training in all areas of dentistry, including but not limited to treatment planning, restorative, prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics and dental trauma. Dr. Patel loves building relationships with each patient and sees it as a privilege when they put their trust in her care. She takes pride in creating a comfortable and collaborative dental experience for her patients.
