Dr. Kathy Santjer was raised in Mandan, ND. She attended the University of Jamestown graduating in 1999 with a bachelor of science in Biology. She received her doctor of dental surgery from Marquette University in 2007. Dr. Santjer worked as a dental assistant for three years in Minneapolis between undergraduate and graduate schooling. Dr. Santjer has been providing dental care at the Rugby Dental office since 2007. She is committed to providing dental care to those of all ages and all walks of life. She is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the ND Dental Association. She likes to promote the field of dentistry in our schools by speaking to students and working with those interested in job shadowing. Dr. Santjer resides in Rugby with her husband Mike and their two beautiful daughters Marly and Avery. In her free time she enjoys to get away to the lake, spend time with her family, and binge a good Netflix series. She is very active within the Rugby community and her local church. Dr. Santjer loves the practice of dentistry and looks forward to the building of her new dental office and many years ahead in the town of Rugby.
