Dr Bob Cheng

Dr. Bob Cheng, who grew up in Brooklyn, NY, chose to pursue a career in dentistry after experiencing a difficult dental visit as a child. This experience shaped his commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care. His goal is to make every dental visit fun, educational, and comfortable for patients of all ages. Dr. Cheng earned his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. After graduating in 2013, he completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. He then began practicing in the Boston area, where he has been dedicated to caring for a diverse patient population. Committed to delivering the highest standard of care, Dr. Cheng continuously expands his clinical expertise. He has completed numerous continuing education courses and has trained extensively through the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, and Molis Coaching. His ongoing pursuit of advanced education ensures that his patients benefit from the most current, evidence-based techniques in modern dentistry. Dr. Cheng prioritizes understanding each patient’s unique needs and values a collaborative approach to achieving optimal oral health. He takes the time to listen, educate, and guide his patients through their treatment options—creating a comfortable, positive, and empowering dental experience.
