Dr. Fulkerson graduated from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2006. After graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at The University of Vermont/Fletcher Allen Hospital where he received further training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, removable prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. Dr. Fulkerson has continued with advanced training in both Implant and Cosmetic dentistry including a 1-year Implant Fellowship in affiliation with New York University and DentalXP. He is a credentialed Associate Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and has been a clinical instructor for DentalXP live surgery training courses and The Salama Implant Training Center of Miami.
