Dr. Wu received her B.D.S. in 1984 from Dental Department at Xi'an Jiao-Tu University, and her M.S. in Dental and Biological Materials in 1987 from Shanghai Jiao-Tu University. After her graduation, Dr. Wu focused on the research and teaching job of Dentistry at the School of Dentistry, Shanghai Jiao-Tu University. Between 1992 and 1996, Dr Wu was involved in the Biochemistry research at the School of Medicine in the University of Michigan. Her research work was published on the Journal of Biological Chemistry in 1996. In 1999, Dr. Wu received her D.D.S from the University of Michigan, as one of the top ten graduate students in her class with membership of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental society. Dr. Wu has been practicing general dentistry in Michigan since 1999. She's a member of American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Washtenaw District Dental Society.
