Dr. James Wells grew up in Murray, Kentucky, and graduated from Murray High School in 1985. He attended Murray State University before transferring to the University of Kentucky to complete his undergraduate degree. He was accepted into the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where he earned the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 1992. After graduation, Dr. Wells moved back to his hometown of Murray and started his own dental practice. He has been in practice for 32 years. Dr. Wells resides in Calloway County with his wife, Michelle, their two sons, Hugh and Cole, and their granddaughter, Scout. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, hunting and spending time with his family.
